About Crystal

Crystal is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master with a deep passion for holistic health and the ongoing practice of learning.

Her work goes beyond the physical, blending medical massage with energy work to help clients reconnect with their bodies and feel more like themselves again.

Since joining the NST Wellness team, Crystal has continued to expand her expertise, weaving Reiki and holistic practices into every session she provides. She approaches her work with the belief that what happens on the table has a real impact on a person's overall health and wellbeing, and she considers that kind of work a genuine privilege.

Outside the treatment room, Crystal can be found hiking, gardening, cooking, reading, or listening to music. Her guiding philosophy says it all: balance the body, calm the mind, nourish the spirit.
